2. Educational Fair Use & Non-Commercial Policy
All textbooks, syllabus files, and educational materials linked on eKalvi are intended strictly for personal, non-commercial, and educational reference by students, parents, and teachers. You may not resell, repackage, or charge fees for accessing any textbooks downloaded through this portal.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All educational content, textbooks, cover artwork, and diagrams are the intellectual property of the Tamil Nadu State Council of Educational Research and Training (TNSCERT) and the Government of Tamil Nadu. eKalvi acts solely as an indexer and distribution helper.
4. Availability & Warranties
eKalvi provides all services and content on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the portal will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that external Google Drive storage nodes will always be operational.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, within the jurisdiction of Tamil Nadu courts.
